To determine if we can assist your property, there is a simple pre-qualification process. The pre-qualification process averages two-three weeks. Upon determining that your property qualifies for this program and that our services will benefit your property, an onsite visit will be arranged.  Depending on the size of your property, we will be with your team 3-5 days. The program begins with interactive productive meetings with your F&B management team to lay out the parameters of the program and the proven systems that will be assisting them. Our team then works hands-on with your team in the kitchens, banquets, catering sales, beverage department, restaurants and purchasing as well as overall guest service. Once the program is rolled out at your property, you will receive monthly follow up visits to assist your team where needed.  

We all know F&B directors have a plan to increase profit. We specialize in profit and at the same time we offer recommendations on ways to improve service.  The typical savings with F&B revenue in the $2-$4 million range is 4-5% making the savings $100,000-$250,000 a year. With only travel costs for the Wizards to implement the program, there are NO upfront costs.  Only a percentage of the additional profit you realize after our systems are implemented.
