Upon determining that your property qualifies for this program and that our services will benefit your property, an onsite visit will be arranged.  Depending on the size of your property, we will be with your team 3-5 days. The program begins with interactive productive meetings with your F&B management team to lay out the parameters of the program and the proven systems that will be assisting them. Our team then works hands-on with your team in the kitchens, banquets, catering sales, beverage department, restaurants and purchasing as well as overall guest service. Once the program is rolled out at your property, you will receive monthly follow up visits to assist your team where needed.
